We’re so sure you’ll love LYS CARE  that we offer a money back guarantee as clean and high-performing as our products.

Try us for 30 days and if you’re not completely satisfied we’ll refund your money minus shipping and handling (NOTE: Products purchased as a set or bundle must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund).


How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please email contact@lys.care and a member of our LYS CARE Support Team would be happy to help you. Please include your name, order number, order date, and the product that you would like to return.


Are there any exclusions?

LYS CARE is unable to accept returns on sale items, and any discounted items. 


Who is responsible for shipping costs?

All shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.


I received a LYS CARE product as a gift, can I return it for money back?
Only LYS CARE products purchased at lys.care are eligible to return.


Is there a limit on the dollar amount to return?

LYS CARE will not accept returns greater than $300 in product value, except for Complete Skincare Routines.  


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, keep the original packaging and product and contact us via email at contact@lys.care . Make sure to include your name, order number, order date, and a photo of the product that is damaged. Once we’re able to confirm these details, we will send you a replacement product.

All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products purchased from outside the country. This includes situations such as, but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, incorrect orders, or sizing issues.
